In this role, you will join Autorola Marketplace and support our day-to-day operations across customer projects and internal workflows.
Digital Operations Meets Practical Experience
Autorola Marketplace is a fast-paced and growing business. As our new Student Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting the team with operational tasks that keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll gain valuable insight into how a global digital marketplace operates—while building skills that are highly relevant for your future career.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting customer projects with documentation and coordination
Electronic document management
Following up on internal processes and workflows
Preparing and distributing newsletters and auction catalogues
Assisting with auction setup and execution
Handling various administrative and ad hoc tasks
Supporting reporting and data-related tasks
What success looks like in your role
You quickly become a reliable support for the team
Tasks are handled efficiently, accurately, and on time
You contribute to structured and well-documented processes
You build strong collaboration with colleagues across markets
You gain practical experience with digital tools and workflows
What you bring to the table
You are currently studying (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and have a minimum of 2-3 years left of your studies
You are structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
You have a proactive mindset and a “get things done” attitude
You are comfortable working in an international environment
You have strong communication skills in English
It’s a plus if you have:
Experience with MS Office (especially Excel)
Interest in or experience with AI tools
Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools
