About the team
At Autorola Solutions, we are currently expanding and are looking to strengthen our team with German-speaking Business Process Consultants (native-level proficiency). The positions can be based in Odense (Denmark) or Hamburg (Germany).
You will join a diverse and skilled team of Business Process Consultants across Denmark and Germany, working closely together on complex customer onboarding and implementation projects.
Your primary focus will be customer-facing consultancy and project delivery related to Autorola’s flagship solution, Fleet Monitor. The solution integrates seamlessly with customer systems and supports workflows throughout the entire vehicle lifecycle — from acquisition to disposal.
Our customers include banks, leasing companies, dealers, OEMs, and fleet owners who rely on Fleet Monitor to efficiently manage high vehicle volumes and complex processes. Given our strong growth in the German market, it is essential that you speak and write German at native level, enabling you to work closely with German-speaking stakeholders and customers.
You will play a key role in driving customer projects, ensuring strategic alignment, and supporting both customers and internal stakeholders across markets.
Your responsibilities
If you are passionate about transforming complex digital solutions into value-adding business processes for customers and thrive in a global, stakeholder-heavy environment, this could be the right opportunity for you.
In this role, you will work across project management, consultancy, configuration, and customer support, while also contributing to strategic alignment and the development of best practices.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading complex customer implementations with end-to-end ownership of scope, timeline, budget, and delivery
Driving major projects independently, collaborating with senior stakeholders and steering committees
Translating customer needs into scalable solutions
Bridging business and IT, mapping requirements into system configuration and development needs
Ensuring successful execution, including implementation, go-live, training, and 3rd level support
Strengthening the organization and continuously improving best practices
You will be part of a well-established international organization experiencing significant growth, particularly in German Market. The role involves close collaboration across subsidiaries and functions, with flexibility to work remotely and a strong focus on work-life balance. Up to 20 travel days per year should be expected.
Your qualifications
To succeed as a Business Process Consultant, you bring solid experience, strong stakeholder skills, and a well-developed ability to bridge business and IT.
We expect that you have:
Proven experience in business process consultancy, preferably within the software or IT solutions industry
Strong project management experience, including scope, budget, and coordination of software implementations
Experience with system configuration and implementation, ideally within workflow or process management systems
The ability to translate customer needs into scalable digital solutions that create business value
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior stakeholders
Experience working in cross-cultural and international environments
A broad and pragmatic understanding of both business processes and IT
Native-level proficiency in German (spoken and written)
Professional proficiency in English
Your personality is key to this role. You bring a positive and professional mindset, take ownership, and are motivated by driving value for customers.
