AI Product Manager
Own the future of AI-powered automotive products
We’re looking for an AI Product Manager to turn cutting-edge machine learning into real business impact. At Indicata – part of Autorola Group – you’ll lead the product journey for our Data Science & Engineering squad and bring our next-generation Dynamic Pricing Engine to life.
If you’re passionate about applied AI, product leadership, and building data-driven tools the market actually needs, this is your chance to make a real dent in the automotive industry.
About Autorola Group
Autorola Group is a global leader in online remarketing, automotive IT, and business intelligence solutions tailored for used vehicles and professional fleet management. Through our three business units – Marketplace, Solutions, and Indicata – we deliver innovative, digital tools that empower our clients to optimize every step of the vehicle lifecycle.
With more than 20 subsidiaries across Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific, our platform connects OEMs, leasing companies, banks, and dealers, enabling seamless trade and data-driven decisions in real time.
In this role, you will join Indicata as our new AI Product Manager and bridge the gap between deep tech and commercial impact.
About Indicata
Indicata is the leading real-time analytics platform turning 14 million daily data points into smarter decisions for OEMs, dealer groups, and fleet owners. As part of the global Autorola Group, we help customers price better, sell faster, and optimize operations.
With the industry moving rapidly toward a data-first future, our AI-powered tools are more critical than ever. Already Europe’s most trusted used-car valuation engine, we’re now scaling intelligent pricing, stock-turn, and auction-strategy products into new markets.
AI meets Product Leadership
We have world-class data scientists and a central AI Centre of Excellence - but we’ve found the need to manage backlogs and herd stakeholders. That’s where you come in.
As AI Product Manager, you’ll be the connective tissue between data, development, and the business. You’ll act as Product Owner for our Data Science and Data Engineering squad, align closely with our Software Development POs, and use your Product Management skills to ensure that commercial opportunities turn into real, AI-powered product value.
This role blends strategic product thinking with a strong grasp of AI and stakeholder alignment. You’ll drive the end-to-end process - from identifying opportunities to launching impactful machine learning features - while making sure we build what works, not just what’s possible. Therefore, your responsibilities will include:
AI-focused responsibilities:
- Build AI-driven product features that enhance or expand our portfolio
- Frame opportunities in terms of LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, agents—or know when not to
- Design and maintain an evaluation system for model quality, safety, and performance
- Champion explainability, ethical AI, and bias checks to win trust with customers and regulators
Classic Product/PO responsibilities:
- Own and groom the backlog for the DS/DE squad; set clear Product Goals
- Turn insights from sales, customers, and data into crisp stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate agile rituals, align with other Product Owners, and report progress to C-level
- Foster strong collaboration across AI, DEV, and commercial stakeholders
What success looks like in your first 12 months
- Launch v1 of our ML‑driven Dynamic Pricing Engine in 5 pilot markets
- Lift predictive accuracy by ≥10pp vs our current rule-based model
- Reduce false-positive price suggestions by 30% via robust model evaluation
- Establish a smooth sprint cadence with <5% open-defect rate at release
- Build trusted relationships across AI, DEV, and commercial leadership
What you bring to the table
- 3-5 years in product management, with at least 2 years shipping AI/ML features
- Product Owner experience in agile environments: backlog management, stakeholder alignment, sharp requirements
- Conceptual understanding of ML: transformers, fine-tuning, XAI, retrieval pipelines
- Hands-on data mindset—you can explore notebooks and dashboards comfortably
- Strong storytelling and influencing skills; you bridge tech, business, and UX
Why join us?
This is your chance to own AI products end-to-end in a global company with proven customers, rich datasets, and the budget to build. You’ll work in a flat, outcome-focused culture—where ideas turn into prototypes quickly and user feedback is just a phone call away.
Our headquarters are located right by the train station at Skibhusvej 52A, 5000 Odense C, and we offer a good lunch arrangement, fitness room, pension scheme, health insurance, and social events (including a Friday bar to wrap up the week).
Ready to apply?
We’re looking to fill this position as soon as possible. If you’re excited by the mix of AI, product strategy, and hands-on execution, we’d love to hear from you—even if you don’t tick every single box.
We review applications continuously and may close the posting once we’ve found the right candidate.
