A Strategic Role with Global Impact

We are looking for a Global Head of Operations to join our Marketplace division, headquartered in Odense, Denmark. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will help define and drive operational excellence across our international organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to align and optimize operational processes across subsidiaries, ensuring they are structured, scalable, and consistent globally. You will play a vital role in creating clarity and cohesion across account management, project management, system support, and transport coordination. Each of these areas has a dedicated specialist reporting directly to you.

We are looking for a leader who can combine strategic helicopter perspective with operational insight, ensuring smooth execution while keeping a firm grip on structure, process standardization, and long-term improvement across borders.

Your key responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations within the Marketplace division are efficient, aligned, and well-documented.
• Lead and coordinate the Operations team, fostering collaboration across functional areas and countries.
• Drive structure, standardization, and process optimization across all subsidiaries.
• Work closely with local teams in Europe, LATAM, and APAC to ensure cohesion and global alignment.
• Identify synergies and scale best practices across markets.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with internal and external operational standards.
• Support strategic initiatives that improve scalability and performance.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a strategic, globally experienced operations leader with a structured approach and a strong grasp of cross-functional collaboration. Ideally, you bring:

• Proven international experience working with subsidiaries in a global organization.
• A strong helicopter view with the ability to break down complexity and establish clarity across functions.
• Leadership experience within operations or project management in a global context.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to navigate cross-cultural teams and stakeholders.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for improving processes and structures.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• A collaborative, hands-on, and proactive approach.
