We are a global company specializing in online car auctions and IT solutions for the automotive industry. Our roadmap is packed with tasks, and our existing solutions need to be future-proofed to accommodate a rapidly growing number of customers. We are looking for a talented Java Software Developer to enhance our current applications and contribute to the development of innovative new solutions.

About Us

Our software development team is divided into three main product lines:

• Autorola Solutions: Develops software solutions for large fleet owners, including leasing companies, banks, and rental firms. These solutions focus on configurable workflows and automated processes across multiple partners and users.
• INDICATA: Collects and analyzes BIG DATA to optimize used car inventory and valuation. These products handle massive amounts of data.
• Autorola Marketplace: Provides auction platforms for used cars. This product line runs a diverse portfolio of applications, focusing on performance and high availability.

We build our software and infrastructure using AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Spring components, ensuring our technology stack remains up to date. Our software solutions are developed in Java, using technologies such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, JSP, JavaScript, Jenkins, Maven, Oracle, SQL, Tomcat, Git, and more.

Your Role

As a backend developer in our Marketplace product line, you will work on auction platforms for used cars. You will be part of a department consisting of eight backend developers, three frontend developers, a UX/UI designer, three Quality Assurance Engineers, and three Product Owners. Within your product team, you will focus on all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from technical analysis, design, development, and code reviews to automated testing, documentation, and release management.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Developing web applications
• Collaborating with the lead developer on solution design and other aspects of software development
• Engaging in knowledge-sharing and reviewing colleagues' work
• Working closely with the Product Owner and Quality Assurance Engineer on technical solutions
• Participating in SAFe and Scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups and PI planning sessions

Your profile

• Have a relevant educational background (e.g., computer science, software engineering, web development, or similar)

• Actively seek guidance and knowledge-sharing from experienced colleagues while also being helpful to others
